🌟 GET TO KNOW OUR JUMPERS: ALLISON KING-TURNER 🌟

Meet Allison King-Turner, a high school senior, scholar, athlete, and longtime member of the Double Dutch Forces!

Allison is a tri-athlete, competing in softball, tennis, and Double Dutch. She is well-rounded, hardworking, and committed to giving her best both academically and athletically.

📚 Student First!

Allison is currently ranked in the Top 10 of her graduating class! 🎓

After high school, she plans to continue her education and attend college.

Allison has been a part of the program since she was in approximately the 2nd or 3rd grade. Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to watch her grow from a young jumper into an accomplished student-athlete and young lady.

Being successful isn’t always about being better than the person next to you. Allison reminds us that sometimes your greatest competition is simply becoming a better version of yourself.

“Don’t compete with others, just focus on you and be yourself!”

As Allison prepares to close one chapter and begin her journey into college, we are excited to see where her hard work, determination, and individuality take her next!

It is my absolute honor to introduce and for many of you, proudly reintroduce….none other than the phenomenal, inspiring, BEAUTIFUL, and absolutely brilliant Executive Director and Head Coach of The Double Dutch Forces, Shannia Jackson! 💙💖

Coach Shannia’s story is one of purpose, perseverance, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to changing lives through the power of Double Dutch.

Her passion continues to inspire generations both in and out of the ropes, and this recognition is so well deserved.

Four years ago, we were on this summer competition journey, and what a ride it has been!

We’ve grown stronger, worked harder, overcome challenges, and celebrated victories together.

Every practice, every competition, and every moment has helped shape who we are today.

We’ve come a long way… and we’re not done yet!
