🎉 ¡GRACIAS, COLUMBIA! ❤️

WOW! What an incredible day! 🥹🎊

Today, over 500 people came together to celebrate our very first Hispanic Heritage Festival, and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude! 🇲🇽🇭🇳🇸🇻🇨🇴🇬🇹

To everyone who joined us, THANK YOU! Thank you for showing up with love, curiosity, and open hearts. Thank you for celebrating the beautiful cultures, traditions, food, music, and people that make our Hispanic community so special. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to our generous sponsors, amazing vendors, performers, and 30+ incredible volunteers who poured countless hours into making this celebration possible. We truly couldn't have done it without you! 🙌

Today was more than just a festival. It was a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together to celebrate our differences, embrace our neighbors, and build bridges across cultures. 🫶

¡HOLA COMO! Thank you for making our first Hispanic Heritage Festival one to remember. We can't wait to celebrate with you again next year! 🎉

¡Hasta el próximo año! ❤️

June is , we continue to take time to celebrate the big and small victories.

How grateful we are for team development opportunities. This year has marked phenomenal experiential opportunities that have grown us in relationship & our craft.

•• Sweet Auburn NeighborhoodAtlanta, GA
Visiting the childhood neighborhood of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we found ourselves inspired and equipped with a living history of neighborhood strength – past and present. Inspired by the honor of the past and the development in the present. Check out Sweet Auburn Works for more: sweetauburnworks.com.

•• Marsh Collective Field Trip, Opelika, AL
We are tremendously grateful for the team at Main Street Summit. Genuine relationships. Intermingling of disciplines and ideas. Experiential learning. We took a Field Trip opportunity to meet with the team at Marsh Collective. Like drinking from a firehose, we saw the power of place and transformation through Christian entrepreneurs loving their City, radically. 300+ properties touched. 80+ businesses started. A beautiful family and team serving tangible needs through real estate.

June is , we continue to take time to celebrate the big and small victories.

Wholistic transformation.

We believe people need more than just physical needs met. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual needs are what make up who we are.

This is why we renovate homes for first-time homebuyers with built-in equity from day one for the glory of God. It's not simply new homeowners we are hoping to see established, but community transformation one life at a time.

Years ago, we responded to one of our Subcontractors encouragement: let's give the first hour of our week and set it aside to the Lord Jesus.

Each Monday from 8-9am, we gather for . This 1-hour time of food / coffee, fellowship, Bible Study, and prayer is an optional support system we provide to all our employees and Subcontractors. As a supplement to the local church partners we work with, this is how we start each work week believing that this investment is what empowers us to give to others. Filled to overflow.

June is , we take time to celebrate 5 meaningful victories to our team.

Consistent depth of quality & delivery of first-time homebuyer opportunities.

5 homes sold in 2026. 1 on the market. 4 under construction. 10-12 homes is our annual goal. We celebrate the completed homes and first-time homebuyers we've served this year!

We serve families at 80% Area Median Income (AMI) or below. The reason: bringing access & equity. Households who've traditionally been out of reach for a quality, renovated home with support to get there.

Anderson Homes Foundation.
Columbia Community Land Trust.
Central Missouri Community Action.
Show-Me Central Habitat for Humanity.

Alongside many great non-profit organizations in the homeownership space, our aim is to consistently provide high quality opportunities. Our unique niche is highly-renovated, existing homes and equipping homebuyers through relational education approaches. This supports strong and safe neighborhoods.
