Psalm 150:1-6

Praise the LORD!
Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven! Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! Praise him with a blast of the ram’s horn; praise him with the lyre and harp! Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with strings and flutes! Praise him with a clash of cymbals; praise him with loud clanging cymbals. Let everything that breathes sing praise to the LORD! Praise the Lord!

Giving all the Glory to God, I want to thank HIm for keeping His promises to my life. Years ago, I found one of the ministries I would come to love with all my heart and soul was Dance Ministry. I worked for years with young people in this area to build and grow the worship of the Lord through movement. The children became youth, the youth became adults, and then there was stillness. No movement. But I continued to pray even when others told me dance ministry was passe.

How could that be? When the Israelites crossed over the Red Sea, Miriam led the praise dance to celebrate the work of the Lord. This small act of praise can change the course of our own lives and the lives of others when we share it. It is how we should respond to God's work in our lives!

Two weeks ago, God sent 8 marvelous young people into my path seeking to revive Dance Ministry in Columbia. I wept with tears of joy at their first practice. They are all so annointed and called to serve God through the dance.

Please place the FHG Dance Ministry on your prayer list as they work to grow in their spiritual development as well as their choreography. I stand in full anticipation of their debut before God's people when He says they are ready to minister. In the meantime, please pray for the birthing of this new group of young people and God's call upon their lives!
