Thank you for supporting our Back to School Extravaganza 2026! ❤️🇯🇲

The event was an incredible success! With your support, we distributed approximately 800 back-to-school packages, provided about 70 free medical consultations, and offered free eye testing to nearly 100 people.

A huge thank you to all the parents and students who came out, our amazing volunteers and executive team, and especially our sponsors who helped make this possible.

A special thank you to our Associate Sponsors, Cecil's Auto Service LTD and Veterans United Foundation , for your support and commitment to our community.

The Visionary Youth Club is hosting a special Back-to-School Event on August 13th at Darliston Primary, and we need YOU! 🙌

We’re expecting 600–1,000 children between the ages of 5 to 17, and we want this to be a big, fun, uplifting celebration—especially as we bring the community together after the recent hurricane.

If you’d like to volunteer or partner with us—by providing supplies, activities, or support—we’d love to have you on board! This is a great opportunity to make an impact and be part of something meaningful for our youth.

Over the past few months, in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, our team has been on the ground in Darliston and surrounding communities, working closely with residents to identify and support individuals and families in need.

Thanks to generous donations, we have distributed hundreds of cases of water, along with essential items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss picks, pain relievers, bedsheets, and other critical supplies to help families recover and regain stability.

In the coming months, we will begin transitioning into Phase Two of our efforts, where we will refocus on our core mission: providing school supplies to ensure children are equipped and ready to succeed.

Following the devastation of Hurricane Melissa, we made a promise to stand with our community in Darliston, Westmoreland—especially in the areas often overlooked.

Over the past few weeks, our team has been on the ground delivering essential personal care items and clean water, which continue to be in critical demand. The need is still great, and we are committed to showing up for our people.

As we look ahead to our Back-to-School initiative next year, we will keep supporting families, children, and teachers who are working hard to rebuild their lives.
