This past Saturday, families in our community suffered great loss during the fires that destroyed homes on 4th Street. Community service is a cornerstone of the Moose Fraternity. Through our Heart of the Community program, we do what we can to support our neighbors in times of need. Making a difference is what we're all about!

During this Saturday's "Thunder on the River" car show in downtown Columbia, the Lodge will be operating a food stand in front of the Lodge building, located at 219 Locust Street. All proceeds will be donated to assist the families in need after this tragic event. The Lodge will then match those funds, doubling the total amount of support.

If you joined us for the last class, you learned, or relearned, how to use your machine. This time, you'll put those skills to the test and make a tote bag!

Grace and Kathy will be hosting a second sewing class on Saturday, July 18th at 10am. The class is $10 per person and covers the cost of the fabric. Sign up at the Lodge or via email to Grace by July 13th.

NOW HIRING friendly, reliable, part-time BARTENDERS. Hourly wage plus tip income. Approx. 15-20 hours per week, generally 4 to 6-hour shifts.
Hours may include evenings and weekends.
Bartender must provide members with top-notch customer service and an enjoyable experience, ensuring patrons feel valued and attended to.
Employee should have an engaging personality and the ability to identify and complete tasks efficiently.
Candidate should have beer, wine and cocktail knowledge; willing to train the right applicant.
Gaming/small games of chance knowledge a plus.

The Moose is fraternal organization
with a welcoming, club-style social quarters area.

Duties:
-Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests
-Interact with customers, serve drinks & snacks, process payments
-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
-Check identification
-Restock and replenish bar inventory
-Maintain clean bar and working area; collect and wash glasses
-RAMP certification required; employer will provide as needed
-Comply with all food and beverage regulations
-Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

The weekend is finally here, and it's time to let loose at the Moose! Come celebrate the unofficial start of Summer with us!

Tonight is our Summer Kick Off Party and we are ready to PARTY with you! Starting the night with a Picnic Buffet - this month's Heart of the Community Dinner will benefit Moose Charities. Dinner is $15 and the Lodge will supply Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Sausage (from Andy's!) Bring your favorite side or desserts to share! We also have a few fun Cocktails Pouches exclusively for tonight!

The Kracker Beez will keep the party going, playing your favorites from 7pm-10pm! Dance your way into Summer and sing along to some great tunes!
