It’s the land.
The memories.
The early mornings.
The hard work.
The family.
And the next generation.
For the Imhoff’s of Rolling Hills Livestock, cattle production is a family affair, and the next generation is already finding their place within.
After heading off to college, Haley realized quickly that something was missing. So, she came home to the cattle, the farm and the life she had always known.
Now, she’s building her own herd and pouring her passion into raising nutritious, delicious beef for families in her community, including local school lunches and consumers throughout the surrounding area.
And the farm is shaping more than Haley’s herd. It’s shaping her future. This fall she transferred to the University of Missouri to pursue a degree in animal science, with plans to attend veterinary school and eventually help beef producers build healthier, stronger herds.
