We’re so grateful to partner with Sustain Mizzou 🌍 for this year’s New2U Sale!

And the impact didn’t stop when the sale ended! Items that weren’t sold were donated to The Love Seat, Love Columbia’s Resale Store, where they’ll continue to support our community and keep usable goods out of the landfill.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shopped, volunteered, and helped Love People Forward. Together, we’re creating a more sustainable Mizzou and a stronger Columbia community.

Resilience. Second chances. Moving forward.

After finding Christ in prison, James moved to Columbia and became a certified electrician. After a difficult setback, he found support through Love Columbia, secured transitional housing, and joined the team at The Love Seat.

In fours months, James saved enough to repair a donated car, giving him the transportation he needed to pursue work in his field. With career coaching, he recently landed a technician position at a manufacturing plant with a strong starting wage!

We’re so proud of James and excited to see where this next chapter takes him. Thank you to everyone who helps create opportunities for neighbors like James to Love People Forward. 🔔💜

This year, Howdy’s Car Show is more than just what’s in the parking lot! 💜 In addition to showcasing our community’s rides, we’re excited to feature our first-ever Model Car Show and RC Car Demonstration! From small-scale model cars to large classic cars and trucks, there’s something for every enthusiast at this year’s Love Columbia Car Show!

Join us Saturday, September 12, for our first-ever RC Car Demonstration at 10:00 AM, and stop by The Crossing anytime from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM to check out some spectacular model cars.
