The strength of multiplication is not only in how many churches are planted, but in what those churches are able to become together.

At Crossover Global, Church Planting Networks are a key part of our strategy for lasting Gospel access. As local churches mature and multiply among the same people and culture, they begin to support, encourage, and hold one another accountable.

Over time, local leadership takes greater responsibility for leading churches, supporting the work, training new leaders, and developing ministry that is rooted in their own language and culture.

This matters because Gospel access becomes stronger when the work is rooted locally. A network helps move the ministry beyond dependence on one missionary, one leader, or one congregation. Churches can strengthen new churches, develop leaders, share resources, and send church planters who continue multiplication among their own people.

Today, Crossover Global has planted 7,761 churches among the unreached and works with 31 Church Planting Networks representing over 82,744 members.

Our vision goes beyond planting individual churches. We want to see mature, multiplying local churches connected in networks that can carry the Gospel forward for generations.

Jesus is building His Church among the unreached, and we get to witness it!

Today, we celebrate 7,761 churches planted among unreached people groups.

Behind this number are local believers gathering, disciples being made, leaders being raised up, and churches becoming local points of Gospel access in communities where Christ is still not widely known.

This is another step toward our goal of planting 6,000 additional churches by the end of 2027, bringing the total to 12,000 churches among unreached people groups.

We celebrate what God is doing, and we continue forward with the same conviction: making Christ’s last command our first priority!

Planting a church is an important beginning, but the vision goes further.

For Gospel access to last, churches must grow toward maturity. They must become rooted in their local culture, led by local believers, able to teach God’s Word, share the Gospel within their communities, and plant new churches.

At Crossover Global, we equip local leaders and walk alongside churches throughout this process. As they mature and multiply, more communities gain access to the Gospel through someone like them, near them, who can tell them about Jesus.

Anjali had been struggling for months.

Her family had taken her to hospitals, where doctors tried different treatments and medications. They had also spent significant money seeking help. When those efforts did not bring improvement, they turned to Buddhist and Hindu religious rituals, hoping something would change.

But her condition remained.

Day after day, Anjali wandered through the village shouting, behaving unpredictably, and frightening the people around her. Her family became exhausted and helpless. Eventually, she was left to roam the village on her own.

Most people were afraid to approach her.

But one local church planter and his team did.

At first, they could barely speak with her. So they simply prayed for her, sometimes right there on the road. Then they came back.

And kept coming back.

Every three or four days, they visited Anjali again. They tried to build simple conversations with her. Their church also began fasting and praying for her once a week.

After about a month, they slowly began sharing the Gospel with her. It was difficult, and getting her to listen required patience, but the team continued visiting, praying, and speaking with her.

After roughly three months, they began to notice changes.

Her behavior started to calm. Her condition gradually improved. And as the months passed, Anjali became well enough to begin attending church.

Then, in June 2026, after months of consistent visits, prayer, fasting, and Gospel conversations, Anjali placed her faith in Jesus Christ.

Today, her life looks completely different.

The woman people once feared to approach is now coming to church. Her transformation has become a visible testimony to her family and to the village around her.

The team continues sharing the Gospel with her husband and son, and Anjali is now being prepared for baptism.

They are praying that her faith will continue to grow—and that through her life, her family and others in the village will also come to know Jesus.

Rohan grew up in a devoted Hindu family. For most of his life, he never imagined that Jesus would one day completely transform his story.

Then came a season when everything seemed to fall apart.

His body became weak. Simple daily tasks left him exhausted. He lost his strength, his joy, and even his smile. At night, anxiety and worry kept him from sleeping.

Every morning brought the same questions:

“Will I ever be healthy again? Will I ever live a normal life?”

Rohan feared for his future and for his family. He went to doctors, followed their instructions, and took the medicines they prescribed. Each new treatment brought hope that things might improve, but the uncertainty remained.

His body was suffering, but so was his heart.

Then one night, the pain became unbearable. Anxiety had crushed almost every bit of hope he had left. Unable to keep pretending he was strong, Rohan fell to his knees in tears.

He simply cried out:

“Lord, I cannot carry this burden anymore. Please take control of my life. Heal not only my body, but also my heart, my mind, and my spirit.”

There was no instant physical miracle that night, but something changed.

For the first time in a long time, Rohan experienced a deep sense of God’s presence and peace. He began to believe he was no longer facing his suffering alone.

From that day forward, he prayed every day. Some days his prayers were full of faith. Other days, they were little more than whispers through tears. He also asked other believers to pray for him, and their prayers strengthened him.

Then, little by little, his condition began to change.

His body grew stronger. The pain began to fade. His mind became clearer. Hope returned.

For Rohan, the transformation was not only physical. The anxiety that had stolen his sleep began to lose its hold, and the despair that had filled his heart gave way to joy and hope.

Today, he is healthier, stronger, and closer to God.

What began as a season of pain became the place where Rohan discovered hope beyond it.

At Crossover Global, training leaders is about more than developing knowledge or skills. It is about equipping men and women to lead local churches, disciple others, and multiply the work of the Gospel.

As leaders are equipped, they are prepared to strengthen churches, raise up new leaders, and help those churches multiply within their own communities and cultures.

Because multiplication requires leaders who are equipped to equip others.

From our Himalayan Initiative comes the story of Kiran, a man from Nepal.

Kiran was born into a Buddhist family and grew up as the eldest son, carrying significant responsibility from a young age. But during his teenage years, he left home and moved to the city.

Far from his family, his life began to unravel.

He fell into destructive habits, including alcohol and drug use, and gradually became disconnected from his family and responsibilities. Those closest to him watched with concern as he drifted further into a life without direction.

Years later, Kiran married a young believer. Through her family and other Christians, he heard the Gospel. In 2012, he surrendered his life to Jesus and was baptized.

That decision marked the beginning of a deep transformation.

Kiran began attending church, studying the Bible, praying, and growing through discipleship. Over time, the man once trapped in destructive habits became a faithful servant committed to sharing the Gospel.

In 2015, he moved to Malaysia for work. Soon after arriving, he found a local church and began serving in simple, practical ways. His first responsibility was repairing shoes and sandals for church members.

He served faithfully.

In time, he was entrusted with greater responsibility. He began helping lead evangelistic outreach and sharing his testimony with Nepali-speaking communities.

What God had done in his life became a message of hope for others: the same Jesus who transformed him could transform them too.

Over the following years, Kiran continued growing in leadership and ministry. He served as a church secretary, helped lead local churches, and was later ordained as a mission pastor.

By 2025, what had begun with one church had grown into three church communities.

One life changed. Many lives reached.

Kiran’s story reminds us that God can use one transformed life—through discipleship, humble service, and obedience—to bring Gospel access to many others.

What makes a church plant successful?

At Crossover Global, we are committed to helping newly planted churches reach maturity within three years of their birth.

Two key signs of that maturity are local leadership and financial independence. A successful church plant is able to be:

✓ Self-led
✓ Self-supported

These indicators show that the church is no longer dependent on outside leadership or funding to continue serving its community and growing in its mission.

Our goal is not simply to start churches, but to help establish mature local churches that can become lasting points of Gospel access.

From our Ganges Initiative comes the story of Ravi, a man from Uttar Pradesh, India.

Ravi was raised in a traditional Hindu family and faithfully followed the religious practices he had known all his life. But in May 2026, everything changed.

His eyesight began to fade. What had once been clear became increasingly blurred, and fear began to take hold. He went to a hospital for a full examination, hoping for answers and treatment. Yet every medical report came back normal. The doctors could not explain why his vision was failing.

Ravi returned home discouraged and uncertain about the future.

Then one day, a local pastor visited his community to pray with a nearby family. Ravi heard about the gathering and decided to attend. During the meeting, the pastor shared the biblical account of Jesus healing a man who had been blind and prayed for Ravi.

For the first time, hope began to rise in his heart.

Ravi continued attending the local fellowship. He listened as others shared how Jesus had transformed their lives, and each testimony strengthened his faith. The church continued praying with him and walking alongside him.

Then, on June 21, 2026, Ravi says his vision was completely restored. The blurriness disappeared, and he could see clearly again.

But the transformation went beyond his eyesight.

Through this experience, Ravi encountered Jesus personally, surrendered his life to Him, and chose to follow Him faithfully.

What began as a season of fear and uncertainty became the doorway to a new life filled with faith, hope, and gratitude.

Today, Ravi’s testimony is simple:

“I once lived in uncertainty and darkness, but Jesus opened my eyes and filled my life with hope.”

We are refining how we measure and communicate our church-planting efforts among unreached people groups.

Previously, our reporting focused primarily on the number of UPGs engaged within individual countries. We are now measuring UPGs across countries—also known as People Groups Across Countries (PGAC).

Why does this matter?

The same ethnic people group may live in several different countries. Although they share a common identity, language, or culture, their level of Gospel access—and the church-planting work needed to reach them—may be different in each national context.

For example, engaging one people group in two different countries represents two distinct ministry contexts. Measuring UPGs across countries helps us reflect that reality more accurately and better understand the true scope of our efforts.

Today, Crossover Global is engaging 376 unreached people groups across countries, working to provide Gospel access through the planting of multiplying churches.
