The Black Philanthropy Circle of Howard County (BPC) hosted its second annual "College Connections and Conversations" event this evening (12/29).

The event's purpose was to bring current college students from the area together to network with other college students and local professionals.

We also discussed the importance of philanthropy and "giving back."

The BPC of Howard County was founded in December 2023 to create a platform for members to pool together resources to enhance the quality of life of African Americans in Howard County and promote philanthropy, ultimately creating a legacy of giving that will last for generations to come.

The Black Philanthropy Circle of Howard County (BPC) hosted its first annual "College Connections and Conversations" event on December 30th.

THE REASON
The BPC of Howard County was founded in December of 2023 to create a platform for members to pool together their resources to enhance the quality of life for African Americans in Howard County and promote philanthropy ultimately creating a legacy of giving that will last for generations to come.

TAX BENEFIT
A donation/gift received by the BPC through the Community Foundation of Howard County may qualify for a 25% state tax credit through the Endow Maryland Tax Credit Program.
