Looking for volunteers to ensure our space feels safe and welcoming! Volunteers and groups can sign up to bring outdoor flowers, pull weeds, parking lot clean up, and decorate our indoor front lobby. You will be an important part of making sure families feel safe, welcome and supported the moment they enter our CACCMO. Really enjoyed seeing so many friends and colleagues at today’s Missouri Network Against Child Abuse Standing with Children Awards. A special thank you to our tablemates Kasey Hammock and Joanne Steins Nelson. Support from MONACA, Boone County Children’s Services Fund, Partner for Better, and Child Protection Center was vital to starting the Child Advocacy Center of Central Missouri and our first successful year. We heard multiple times today that it takes a network to protect children. We are glad to be a part alongside so many inspiring professionals - thank you!

At the Child Advocacy Center of Central Missouri, we want to provide children with a welcoming and compassionate environment as they participate in the forensic interview process. Offering a comfort item for a child to hold can make a meaningful difference during what can be a very difficult experience.
