The "Boots to Ground" organization is a strong and powerful step into the direction of community empowerment and change. Community Development Group non-profit organization. The term "Boots to Ground" means that we are willing to put in hard work and hit the ground running. Elaborate speeches and vocalization of problems are fine, but we are prepared to hit the community "on foot" and help advocat

e change, growth, and success. Our goal is to help tackle any issue dealing with poverty, economics, gang deterrence, family structure, mentoring and counseling, and any avenue needed to help the community as a whole. We believe in taking off our suits and dress shoes, strapping on our work boots, and going to war against these issues that plague people across our state.
