Zapping those interview nerves!

You open the front door to the company you're about to interview with. The floor beneath your feet is cold and unforgiving, echoing your footsteps as you make your way down the unfamiliar hallway. Each ragged breath you draw in fills your lungs, causing your already pounding heart to skip a beat.

Sounding familiar?? This is you and so many others on your way to an interview..... And you're nervous. Guess what??! Hiring managers are used to nervous candidates. It comes with the territory. So don't think your accelerated heart beat is anything they haven't seen before!!

Manage your fears because coming to an interview as a borderline wreck doesn't do much to inspire confidence. You want the hiring manager to look at you and see a leader, not someone who is going to crumble the first time under pressure. .

Manage your fears!! Research the company so that you know more about them if asked questions about the company, get plenty of rest, EAT right, practice interviewing ALOUD with a close friend/ family member, visualize a successful interview...

When you think success, you become a success! Interviews are your times to shine, show off, and lead. No need to be nervous even though it's natural. Go in with confidence.
