Food Not Bombs Columbia Building community and fighting injustice through providing neighborhoods weekly free meals. We serve every Sunday from 12:45-1:30 pm at Finlay Park.

Come join us! When a billion people go hungry each day, how can we spend another dollar on war? Food Not Bombs is an all-volunteer movement that recovers food that would otherwise be discarded, and shares free vegan and vegetarian meals with the hungry in over 1,000 cities in 65 countries in protest to war, poverty, and destruction of the environment. We are not a charity but dedicated to taking n

onviolent direct action. We also provide food and supplies to the survivors of natural disasters, and people participating in occupations, strikes, marches and other protests.

Your actions and donations make a direct impact. This amazing person was starting a new job and needed a place to sleep and shower for one night. Often people who judge do not think about how difficult it is to get and maintain a job - you need sleep, a shower, food, clean clothes, a haircut.. just to name a few.
