Thank you to everyone who came out to support Columbia MO Alumnae Chapter’s inaugural Musical Bingo. We had such a fantastic time raising money for deserving students in our service areas of Audrain, Boone, Cooper, Howard, and Randolph counties. We heard good music, ate great food, heard from so many of our deserving scholarship winners, past and present, and we cannot wait until the next time which will be bigger and better. Stay tuned for details in the future for our next event.

The Columbia MO Alumnae Chapter's Membership Services Committee concluded the sorority year with its annual Game Night, a successful sisterhood event, held in collaboration with the Epsilon Psi Chapter of the University of Missouri. The event featured delightful food, engaging games, and opportunities for bonding. Special gratitude is extended to Soror Julie Middleton for her gracious hospitality.

The Columbia MO Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., celebrated eight recipients at its annual Dr. Muriel W. Battle Scholarship Awards Ceremony.

These local deserving scholars are headed to various universities and colleges in the fall. Their commitment to scholarship, community service, and leadership makes them exceptional examples of Dr. Battle's legacy.

We wish these scholars nothing but best the in all their future plans!

Oh, it is always a fantastic time doing business of Delta! Whether attending in person or virtually, the Sorors of the Columbia MO Alumnae Chapter were honored to engage in community service, professional development, and a little fun at the 52nd Central Region Convention, hosted by the Denver Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The theme of this year’s conference, “We Can Move Mountains, Central Region: Collective Power, Lasting Impact”.

We were especially honored that our chapter received the 2026 Economic Development Award for Small Alumnae Chapters, recognizing our work and commitment to economic empowerment in our community. Our chapter was also privileged to witness Soror Trudy Lakes graduate from our sorority’s prestigious P.E.A.R.L. Program, which focuses on recognizing and developing leaders within our sorority who will continue to propel our sisterhood into the future.

Our fantastic wellness experts shared their knowledge with the many members of our community who visited their tables. We appreciate everyone who made our first health fair such a great success!
