As the seasons unfold, we must concurrently confront the pain. The passing of a loved one leaves an indelible mark, but their spirit remains an integral part of our lives. Physical absence signifies spiritual presence with the Lord 🙏🏾. We can take comfort in knowing they continue to be with us.

What are you doing to start your family's day off positively?

Some ways you can choose your happiness are by :

*Being grateful, understanding and patient
*Forgiving yourself and everyone else for the things that happened yesterday.
*Understanding that you are in charge of a new day for new beginnings
*Starting off your day with yoga, meditation, prayer , and / or exercise can keep your mindset focused
*Notating / manifesting your day to predict the positive outcome

We are a non- profit foundation who strives for the betterment of the mental state of black families. Placing the importance of mental health awareness all communities who aspire to evolve in their current position. We act as an aid to protect & heal!

Due to our constant expansions and collaborations we are broadening our spectrum to not only assist the African American male; yet the entire family. We hope to change the dynamics of the cultural barricades at the dinner table and change everyone's mindset. With also the ultimate assistance of God .

We see that although the man holds the family in tact we still would like to have like minded surroundings. Therefore we are now acknowledging we are helping for generations and years to come 🙏🏾.
