Community Notice: This is a real situation.
Mrs. Lilet Arenas, a native of Venezuela, is in the University Hospital after suffering a car accident.
Needs help from the community. As a result of the accident, she has a broken arm and lost everything she had in her car. She was going from Vancouver to South Carolina.
Lilet Arenas 503-438-8027 Room 3007 of the hospital. Mrs. Lilet has documentation, social security, etc. In case somebody ask. Yes, she is legal in the US.
She contacted Centro Latino and we are helping her with what we can.
She has also called:
Como Arepas Arepas and they can't help her but they can ask a church for clothes.
Alpha and Omega Church. Left a message on the answering machine.
Mount Sinai Christian Church. Left a message on the answering machine.

Aviso Comunitario: Esta es una situacion real.
La Sra. Lilet Arenas, oriunda de Venezuela esta en el Hospital de la Universidad despues de haber sufrido un accidente de carro.
Necesita ayuda de la comunidad. A resultado del accidente tiene un brazo roto y perdio todo lo que traia en su carro. Iba de Vancouver hacia South Carolina.

Hi Friends!

Here’s what we’ve got going on this week. We’ll be doing Wednesday & Thursday lunch pop up from 10 - 2:30. You can come in for take out or dine in ordering. Or you can order delivery with Doordash.

We’re watching the weather and waiting to see if will be open. Either way, we will be serving! If the farmers market is closed, we’ll serve you breakfast and/or lunch at Centro Latino like we did last Saturday. 😁

It's so chilly, the Columbia Farmers Market is closed today, but don't worry! Your favorite vegan food truck is popping up inside Centro Latino's community center building at 609 N. Garth Ave.
So bundle on up and stop by Centro Latino's Kitchen for some hot, healthy food from Gina’s Vegan A Go Go! 🥕🍲🫑🥦🍔🌯 until 1 PM
Plus enjoy the heat inside, thanks to Chapman Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for keeping our building cozy.
