I am glad to tell you all that we have our registrations opened for this year's Spelling, Math and Science Bee Competitions in Columbia SC. Contests this year will be on April 27th, 2019 This is the seventh year we have been organizing this event and I am very proud of the kids who made up to finals last year. 📗 NSF Contests - Be the best you can BEE - Registration Notification -

IT-oLogy is a proud sponsor of NSF this year. We will have one more mock contest in Sandhills library this year for all the registered kids, schedule of which will be sent soon. Registration for this year ends on April 14th, 2018 and the contests will be held on Saturday, April 28th 2018.

Good News about the NSF children at Scripps:

1) Out of the 291 kids in D.C. at the Finals, 40 are from NSF (more than 10%)

2) Of the 291 kids, 251 dropped out on Wednesday and 40 are advancing to Thursday.

3) Of the 40 advancing, 20 are NSF kids. That is 50% success rate, while the success rate among others is much lower (21 out of 251) at less than 10 percent.

4) All 40 will go thru oral rounds on Thursday. By afternoon, they will select 10 out of 40 to go for the next phase.

5) Evening: Please watch ESPN to see the Championship rounds among the top 10. It starts at 8:30pm EDT.

Congratulations to the NSF Columbia, Chapter regional contestants who have made it to the National Finals invitee list. Every year we have growing number of contestants from Columbia chapter making it to Finals Invitee. This year we have nine such contestants and we are very proud that these kids could represent Columbia chapter at National level.The NSF Finals would be held at University of Houston, Houston, TX, during August 12-13, 2017. Good Luck Kids !! Way to Go !!
