It's time for a little friendly village competition!

Cranksgiving challenges Columbia communities to collect food donations for Grassroots Crisis Intervention. Our goal? Show everyone what Harper’s Choice neighbors can do when we work together!

🥫 Donate food.
🚲 Recruit a cyclist.
💚 Help our village make an impact.

Remember: All transportation methods are welcome for donations, but only bicycle-delivered donations count toward the village competition.

Building a stronger, more connected community takes continuous effort, heart, and action. Across our village, local organizations, faith communities, and passionate residents are taking those steps every day to lift others up.

The “Living the Dream” Award was created to celebrate these incredible contributions to local civic and community life.

🚨 OPPORTUNITY ALERT FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS! 🚨

Parents, caregivers, educators and mentors — this is one to put on your student's radar. 👀

Girls Who Code Pathways — Spring 2027 applications are OPEN! 💻

Students can join a FREE virtual program where they'll learn alongside peers and mentors while exploring exciting areas of technology.

🌟 No coding experience? That's okay!
🌟 Want to challenge yourself? You can!
🌟 Already know how to code? There's room to grow!

Students choose their learning path and can explore topics including AI, game design, cybersecurity and more.

📅 Program dates: March 1–April 16, 2027
📌 Priority deadline: October 28
📌 Final deadline: December 16
💰 Cost: FREE

Pathways is open to high school girls and non-binary students of all skill levels, including Girls Who Code alumni.
