(226)

Begun in 1958, Art in the Park is the largest fine arts festival and a staple event in mid-Missouri. The festival features artists from across the United States, displaying a variety of media including painting, drawing, photography, pottery, jewelry, fibers, sculpture, wood and glass. Every first weekend in June, you and your family can enjoy a unique experience in arts, hands-on activities, live

music and entertainment; while finding special gifts and keepsakes - from stylish sculpture to one-of-a-kind coffee mugs, jewelry, paintings and so much more. Foster creativity and the love for arts in your children by making art at the Kid's Art Spot, designing a tie-dye t-shirt, having their faces painted, or buying something for their own collection at the Young Collector's Tent. Entrance to the festival is free

Another showstopper weekend at Art in the Park has come and gone in what feels like a whirlwind of great artwork, amazing artists, and a community that continues to leave us speechless year after year.

You all showed up for two days jam-packed with festival fun, ready to support our artists who travel from far and wide. Attendance was outstanding, despite the weather delay on Sunday. But if you ask us, we aren’t surprised by that in the slightest. We know this community, and we know they show up to support the arts no matter what.

We want to give the loudest shoutout to our astounding volunteers, who work tirelessly all weekend to make sure this festival runs smoothly. This is a massive team effort, and without doubt, our team is the BEST in the game.

We'll be posting more highlights in the days to come. But for right now, we just wanted to express our deepest gratitude for making Art in the Park 2026 the success that it is.
