It may have been a chilly day but we had a great turnout of hardy folks for the Mid Maryland Tri Club course preview of the upcoming RIVAL Race Series Columbia Duathlon. More than 20 athletes, and our board members 🤣, braced the cool temps and winds for the preview duathlon. Thanks to everyone who came, and welcome to our new members who joined after the event!

A great turnout for this mornings trail run. We had brand new members, members from our beginning 25 years ago, and everywhere in between! The trails were in great shape, we detoured around the cyclecross race, and even had a coyote sighting. So much fun, thanks for coming out!

We had a great turnout for our last Happy Hour of 2025. Thanks to Manor Hill Tavern for hosting us. The food and drinks were great, and the laughs and discussions were plentiful!!!

The Sunday Club Run is back!!!

It started out cool, but by the end of our run the sun was out and we were feeling good. We will be running again next week so stayed tuned for the event details!

The 501(c)(3) organizations Leaf Program Inc. and Lyme Warrior are hosting a 5k race fundraiser, Run Like a Warrior, on May 10th. It will take place in the City of Frederick's Baker Park. Money raised will be donated towards medical bills and smile boxes for children undergoing treatment for Lyme disease and its co-infections, as well as preventative educational materials. Participants can either run or walk. We would love for anyone to join us!
