Beta Epsilon - Sigma Beta Xi Virtuous Women Bringing About Change The Blessed Ladies of the Beta Epsilon Chapter was chartered on January 23, 2008 in Columbia, South Carolina.

The Beta Epsilon Chapter was chartered by Soror DeAnna Bookert and Soror Monica Tyson. With a focus on bringing about change, the ladies of Beta Epsilon strive to be the example of sisterhood, self-improvement, and provide service to their community. It is their vision, as Virtuous Women, to serve, uplift and restore the city of Columbia with the purest intent; to promote sisterhood; and to be as influential as they can to all who cross their paths.

September is National Su***de Prevention Month. A time to remember the lives lost to su***de, acknowledge the millions more who have experienced suicidal thoughts, and the many individuals, families and communities that have been impacted by su***de. It’s also a time to raise awareness about su***de prevention and share messages of hope.
During September, and throughout the year, we can care about su***de prevention; connect to community, culture, data, and research; and collaborate with others to address this public health problem that has impacted millions of Americans.
