The Mediation and Conflict Resolution Center, Inc. (“MCRC”) is a nonstock, Maryland nonprofit. Our mission is the promotion of peaceful resolution of conflict by providing no- and low-cost mediation and conflict resolution services, education, and training to people who live, work, and play in the Howard County community and surrounding areas.

We empower individuals and organizations to transform conflict into opportunities for communication, mutual understanding, personal growth, community-building, and social change. Our highly-trained volunteer mediators and facilitators provide accessible, experienced, and affordable conflict resolution services, education, and training.

MCRC services include community mediation, co-parenting plan mediation, re-entry mediation, elder mediation, restorative practices, school circles, and training and education (workshops).
