Columbia Habitat Young Professionals 1. Social Networking– CHYP will host a number of social events where members will have the chance to mingle and form new connections.

CHYP is a diverse team of young professionals who are highly motivated, service oriented and ready to use their skills, connections and knowledge to help further the mission of Habitat through fundraising, volunteering, social and professional-networking. Community Outreach– Make the community aware of our mission through getting out there and advocating!

3. Event Fundraising- Plan events to rais

e money for Habitat for Humanity so they can continue to build homes across the Columbia.

4. Volunteer Service– CHYP will provide members with opportunities to participate in builds (sometimes themed!), the ReStore’s Green Team events, highway adoption, and more!

Wow, what an amazing project, with incredible results! Empowerment at its finest! "Earlier this year, Habitat for Humanity India launched Project Nirmanshree, a three-year project that aims to provide entrepreneurial training and vocational skill development to women-led households."
