Celebrating Hannah H and Baby Girl Henderson!
SC WMU had the sweetest time celebrating Hannah and the precious baby girl she is expecting this November. We are so thankful for Hannah and all she does to serve SC WMU and help share what God is doing across our state.

As we celebrate this exciting new chapter, we are praying for Hannah, Brady, and their growing family as they prepare to welcome their little girl.

Today we are celebrating Cindy and thanking God for the joy, wisdom, and heart for ministry that she brings to SC WMU. We are so grateful for the way she faithfully serves and encourages others, always pointing people toward Jesus and the mission He has given us.

There’s something special about Camp La Vida. 💚
For Abby, Camp La Vida became more than just a place to spend the summer—it became a place where she could worship alongside other young people, grow in her faith, and realize her need to rededicate her life to God.
We are so grateful for the stories of changed lives and renewed faith that come from Camp La Vida. Every camper has a story, and we’re honored to be part of what God is doing in and through this ministry.
Thank you for helping make Camp La Vida a place where young people can encounter Christ, build community, and grow in their faith.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice to serve young people across our state.
Through this ongoing partnership, SC WMU was able to provide rugs, bean bag chairs, jump ropes, and other resources to help create welcoming spaces where young people can learn, grow, and feel cared for.

Thank you for supporting WMU and making ministry like this possible. Because of your generosity, we are able to come alongside ministries and communities across South Carolina, meet needs, build relationships, and share the love of Jesus.
Together, we are making a difference for His Kingdom, one person, one community, and one opportunity at a time.

Our Executive Director-Treasurer, Jess Archer, just finished up the Reach One More Cohort. Over the past several weeks, participants have gathered to encourage one another, dive deeper into what it means to live on mission, and be equipped to Reach One More with the hope of Jesus.

We’re so thankful for each person who said “yes” to this opportunity and for the conversations, friendships, and spiritual growth that came along the way. Our prayer is that what began in this cohort continues far beyond, as we each look for opportunities to share the Gospel, invest in others, and make disciples.

One more conversation. One more relationship. One more opportunity to share Jesus. 🙌

Thank you to everyone who made this cohort so special! We can’t wait to see how God continues to use what He started. 💙

For 19 years, Melanie has faithfully served with a heart for ministry, bringing dedication, joy, and a willingness to serve wherever needed. We are so grateful for the many ways she has invested in the work of SC WMU and supported our churches, our team, and those living on mission for Christ.

What a special weekend at Camp La Vida for our Children’s Missions Overnight Camp! From missions and worship to camp activities, new friendships, and plenty of fun, these boys and girls made memories that will last far beyond the weekend.

Our prayer is that each child left with a greater understanding of what it means to know Jesus, love others, and live on mission wherever God has placed them. 🌎

A huge thank you to all of the leaders and volunteers who poured into these kids and helped make this weekend possible! We’re so grateful for the opportunity to invest in the next generation and remind them that God can use them to make a difference right now.

We can’t wait to see where God takes these young missionaries next! 💙
