In less than 4 weeks OutreachPARAGUAY Directors and Volunteers will be in the midst of summer (winter in Paraguay) activities! We thought it would be a good time to take a look back at 2025, to the people and places that we hold in our hearts...
While we are only able to travel to Paraguay annually, our work and the impact of our initiatives can be felt year-round.
En menos de 4 semanas, los directores y voluntarios de OutreachPARAGUAY estarán inmersos en las actividades de verano (invierno en Paraguay)! Pensamos que sería un buen momento para echar la vista atrás hacia el 2025, hacia las personas y los lugares que llevamos en el corazón...
Aunque solo podemos viajar a Paraguay una vez al año, nuestro trabajo y el impacto de nuestras iniciativas se hacen sentir durante todo el año.

Representatives of OutreachPARAGUAY, Rosa, Angela, and Marithe, have been very busy! They delivered donated uniform shirts from York Catholic MS and HS to students and teachers of 26 de Diciembre/Asentamiento School, Yuty.

Estas mujeres, Angela, Marithe, and Rosa, son las representantes locales de OutreachPARAGUAY. Donan su tiempo, su esfuerzo y su corazón al servicio de su comunidad. Amigos suyos y OutreachPARAGUAY donaron estos libros para establecer y "hacer crecer" una biblioteca en Tacuaremboy. La capacidad de leer es transformadora. ¡Gracias a todos los que forman parte de esta hermosa colaboración!

Nuestros corazones están llenos de gratitud al recordar todo lo que hemos podido lograr durante este último año ¡GRACIAS A USTEDES!
Así que, esto es lo que ustedes y OutreachPARAGUAY (juntos) han logrado este último año:
-Una vez más, juntos hemos enviado más de 1 tonelada de materiales a Paraguay. Esto incluye ropa, zapatos, equipo de fútbol, ​​suministros médicos, recursos escolares, equipo médico (sillas de ruedas, bastones, muletas, etc.).
-Hemos reparado y modernizado una Clínica Móvil de Salud, brindando a las comunidades marginadas la atención médica y dental básica que tanto necesitan.
-Donamos medicamentos e instrumentos dentales nuevos a la Clínica Móvil de Salud.
-Continuamos ampliando las bibliotecas escolares y donamos más libros y recursos para el aula a 16 escuelas.
-Realizamos Ferias de Alfabetización en 13 escuelas.
-Proporcionamos fondos a 2 comedores comunitarios para la compra de alimentos y utensilios de cocina.
-Proporcionamos ropa y alimentos a una comunidad indígena.
-Brindamos educación sobre higiene dental a estudiantes de primaria y donamos cepillos de dientes a estudiante en 16 escuelas.
-Otorgamos becas educativas a estudiantes que asisten a la Escuela Fe y Alegría en San Juan (que atiende a comunidades marginadas en todo el mundo).

We are filled with gratitude as we recall what we have been able to do throughout 2025 because of our supporters! THANK YOU!!!!
So, here is what you and OutreachPARAGUAY (together) have done this past year:
-Once again, together we have shipped over 1 ton of materials to Paraguay. This includes clothing, shoes, soccer gear, medical supplies, school and classroom resources, durable medical equipment (WC, canes, crutches, etc.)
-We have repaired and updated a Mobile Health Clinic providing communities of exclusion with much needed basic medical and dental care.
-We donated medications and new dental instruments to the Mobil Health Clinic
-We continue to grow school libraries and donated more books and classroom resources to 16 schools.
-We conducted Literacy Fairs in 13 schools.
-We provided 2 community kitchens with funding to purchase food and kitchen supplies.
-We provided an Indigenous community with clothing and food supplies.
-We provided education on dental hygiene to elementary aged students and donated toothbrushes to each student in 16 schools.
-We provided educational scholarships for students attending Fe y Alegria School in SJ (serving marginalized communities throughout the world).

Thanks to our supporters we are ready to ship. Filled to capacity!! Destination PARAGUAY! Shipment will leave Baltimore port enroute to port in Uruguay, then along the river through Argentina, and on to the port in Asunción. Should arrive in approximately 2 months!
