Give a gift today and it will have double the impact!

This summer we will take over 85 students to summer camp. They will experience fun, belonging, adventure, and the chance to process God's love alongside their Young Life leader or YoungLives mentor. Many of them will never be the same!

Because a number of the kids in our area are economically disadvantaged and unable to pay the full price for summer camp, we need to raise $15,000 more to be fully funded for our trips to SharpTop Cove this May and Carolina Point this July.

TODAY we are participating in Midlands Gives with the hopes of rallying adults in Northeast Columbia on behalf of kids. And this year, every dollar raised through Midlands Gives will go directly towards camp! Would you help us spread the word about Midlands Gives and consider giving a gift to help us send students to camp this summer? And the best part? Every gift up to $20,000 will be MATCHED!

Tomorrow, May 5th we will be participating in Midlands Gives with the hopes of rallying adults from all six of our Young Life areas in the Midlands on behalf of kids.

This year, every dollar raised for Northeast Young Life & YoungLives will go directly towards summer camp. Summer camp is an amazing opportunity for teenagers in our community to experience mind-boggling fun, adventure, belonging, and to process God's love alongside their Young Life leader or YoungLives mentor. Truly this is a life-changing week for many of our friends!

Many students in our community cannot afford the price tag of summer camp, but we are determined to not let that stop them from this once in a lifetime experience. Would you help us spread the word about Midlands Gives and consider giving a gift to help us send students to camp this summer? The best part? We have matching funds available which can DOUBLE your impact!

As the school year winds down and summer quickly approaches, we set out sights on Young Life & YoungLives summer camp! We are hopeful to take around 85 high school students & teen parents to a week of camp. These are weeks full of fun, adventure, belonging, and the opportunity to hear the gospel & process it alongside a leader. Over the past 3 years, we've had nearly 150 student begin a relationship with Jesus at a Young Life or YoungLives camp!

The price tag for a week of summer camp can be steep, and we're committed in our area to making the cost of camp realistic and affordable for our friends. Each year we raise around $75,000 to offset the cost for our friends, and our leaders have been working hard to help raise money. The picture here is from our annual wing-a-thon, which raised nearly $30,000 towards camp! We currently have around $15,000 left to raise, and with Midlands Gives coming up on Tuesday, May 5th, we want to leverage a $20,000 match to make the last push for summer camp funding.
