📣 Nominations are open for the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy seat representing the Second Congressional District!

Interested in serving? Candidates must:
✅ Be a South Carolina-licensed pharmacist in good standing
✅ Be actively practicing pharmacy in South Carolina
✅ Reside in the Second Congressional District

Pharmacists are eligible regardless of years of practice.

To apply, submit a biography and a petition signed by at least 15 pharmacists practicing in the Second Congressional District.

📅 Deadline: November 3, 2026. Email submissions must be received, or mailed submissions postmarked, by that date.

On Tuesday, October 6, SCPhA leadership, board members, and students and faculty from all three South Carolina schools of pharmacy joined Lt. Governor Pamela Evette for a special proclamation recognizing American Pharmacists Month!

This year's theme, "Caring for Our Communities," highlights the incredible impact pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and student pharmacists make across our state every day.
