CCES Cub Scout Pack 618 Cub Scout Pack in Columbia, MD

Cub Scout Pack 618 is located in Columbia, Maryland, and is a member of the National Pike District within the Baltimore Area Council. Our strong and diverse pack is very active in the local community with most of our activities and meetings centered around the Clemens Crossing Elementary School. We have a great group of adult leaders and volunteers that ensure our scouts continue to grow in scouting and develop into great young men.

Cub Scouts learn early on that they can do more than they or their parents knew they were capable of. We go hiking on campouts and a few other times a year, and even our youngest kids manage to walk multiple miles, a feat they might not even attempt at home! We won't pretend that there's no whining, but everyone makes it back, and the pride on their faces is unmistakable. Our next hike is at Harper's Ferry on 10/25, so if you want this accomplishment for your child, all you have to do is join us!

Are you living with a Lion? If you have a kindergartener, you might be! Our youngest Scouts are called Lions and we are looking for a few more to join Pack 618. Join us for a Lions meetup on the playground of CCES on October 7th at 5pm. We'll have yummy pumpkin muffins to share, and the kids can play while parents find out about Cub Scouts. There's no better way than Scouting to meet other families and make new friends, while learning awesome life skills. I hope we see you on the 7th!
