The Annie Fisher House Project Annie Fisher was born in 1838 to Charlotte and Robert Knowles. Charlotte Knowles was owned by the Bouchelle Family of Columbia, Missouri.

She became well known in Missouri and across the states for her, "Beaten Biscuits."
