We are incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make our 250 Backpacks of Hope Giveaway such a meaningful day for our community!

In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, MARTI was proud to give back 250 backpacks to local students and families as they prepare for a successful school year.

A special thank you to Chesapeake Science Point Elementary School, for welcoming us and supporting this event, and to Embrace Relief for their valuable partnership and support in making this initiative possible. .

We were also honored to be joined by Delegate Mike Rogers, Delegate Mark Chang, and Gloria Dent, President of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education. Thank you for your continued commitment to serving our community.

As we celebrate America 250, we are proud to honor by investing in the next generation and continuing to serve, connect, and create opportunities for families across Maryland.

As the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary, MARTI is marking this historic milestone through service to the next generation.

In partnership with Embrace Relief, we aim to distribute 250 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to children in need.

🎁 A $30 donation provides one child with a backpack filled with essential school supplies.

Today, as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of American Independence, we honor the enduring ideals of freedom, democracy, equality, and opportunity that continue to inspire people from all walks of life.

At MARTI, we are grateful to call the United States our home and to contribute to its rich tradition of civic engagement, volunteerism, intercultural dialogue, and community service. We believe that our nation's strength lies in its diversity and in the shared commitment to building bridges of understanding, mutual respect, and friendship.

On this historic milestone, we remember with gratitude those who have worked to preserve the liberties we enjoy, and we reaffirm our commitment to serving our communities and helping create a more compassionate, united, and hopeful future for all.
