Sacred Heart Ladies Auxiliary #14414 hosted a fundraiser show on Friday, July 9 called "Put the Nuns in Charge". Despite the severe thunderstorm that came through just as people were arriving, we had a great time! Even got our picture taken with the pope! Vickie Quade, creater of "Late Night Cathecism" came down from Chicago to entertain us. If you ever get a chance to see Vicki (or one of her many actresses) on stage, please do so! You won't be disappointed. Checkout her website at Nuns4fun.com

Mo Knights are here at the Supreme Knights Convention in Washington DC with nearly 2000 other members worldwide also present and the Supreme Knight gave his report to the membership and the world. Please be patient I'm just quoting as I remember so these numbers may not be 100% accurate. Visit KofC. Org for more information if your searching for more accurate data. The Knights have donated 137 million dollars to Charity and 47.5 million volunteer hours. Knights have placed 2000 Ultrasound machines to date. They have donated 168 thousand wheelchairs from 2003 to 2025. Gave 150 thousand coats for kids. Donated 5 million dollars to Special Olympics and 5 million volunteer hours there. Our membership grew by 96 thousand bringing total membership to 2.1 million members (just reached 44k in MO). 150 thousand dollars donated to seminary men (grand total over the years to 100 million dollars!!!) To support pregnancy centers donated 6 million dollars for women in need of supplies and help. Donated 8.5 million dollars to Ukraine for food and shelter. The Knights have 123 Billion dollars in life insurance enforcement. The 4 th degree added 4000 new members to the patriot degree. This is just the highlights of what the Knights of Columbus has done this last fraternal year. I'm so blessed to be a part of this great organization!
