Folks, the Midlands Gives 18-hour day of giving for area non-profits is this Tuesday, May 5. Your gifts over the years have helped pay for the current infrastructure at the orchard - including the information kiosk, the boardwalk system, the memorial brick garden, the Seeds of Survival garden, and the storage shed and new greenhouse. We truly appreciate all of you who have contributed financially to the development and maintenance of the orchard.

We have a goal of $2500 to be raised in order to purchase fruit trees, shrubs, plants, and equipment. Some of our best tools have been stolen in recent months and we want to replace them, now that we have a storage facility (compliments of Sustainable Carolina) where we can secure them.

Early giving is available, or you can wait until Tuesday. Either way, we thank you for your support.
