We’re reaching out to our amazing Muletown family to support Jamea “Mea” Collins () on her journey to a second heart transplant. 🙏
Mea, almost 22, from - had her first heart transplant when she was 11, giving her 11 wonderful years. Unfortunately, she has developed CAV and now needs a second transplant. This means she’ll be out of work for 18-24 months, facing significant medical and living expenses.
CAV, or Cardiac Allograft Vasculopathy, is a chronic condition in heart transplant recipients where the coronary arteries thicken and narrow, reducing blood flow to the heart and potentially leading to heart failure. ❤️🩹
With her mom by her side as her full-time caregiver, they need our help to cover bills, travel, and medical costs. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge difference.
