Since the last meeting of the Camo Coalition, in January 2020, much has changed in the world, and much has changed with several of the member organizations. Now that things have settled down a little, we’d like to get the Coalition re-activated, and want to get your input on priorities and capacity for engagement in Coalition meetings/activities in the future.

These questions are meant to determine your organization's interest and capacity to engage on different issues and initiatives within the state of South Carolina, or which affect our state. While we would appreciate as much information as you can provide, we at least need to capture your organization's main contact info, and desired level of engagement in the Camo Coalition going forward.

Camo Coalition - Today, Governor Haley vetoed funding for the Conservation Bank, to an extent that will result in the Conservation Bank ceasing to exist as of Friday, July 1. Please follow this link to send your Representative and Senator messages urging them to override the vetoes and restore the Conservation Bank's funding.

H. 3873 (Herring seasons and limits), 3864 (striper limits), and 3865 (trotlines in Lake Monticello) all passed out of this morning's Senate committee with favorable reports. Thanks to our Senators for being so cooperative, and focusing on what's best for SC's wildlife and sportsmen!

The harvest numbers for the 2010 deer season are in for South Carolina, and according to Charles Ruth, deer and turkey project supervisor for the S.C. Department of Natural Resources, the number of deer harvested was down compared to the 2009 harvest.
