Sparkleberry Country Fair The Sparkleberry Country Fair is Northeast Columbia's largest festival. Each year the fair attracts over 20,000 visitors.

The fair is held at the Sandhill Research & Development Center located at 900 Clemson Road in Northeast Columbia, SC.
