Transition Alliance of South Carolina

Transition Alliance of South Carolina Project activities are focused on improving outcomes for students with disabilities, and are built on the foundation of interagency collaboration.

The Transition Alliance of South Carolina (TASC) is spearheaded by the Center for Disability Resources (CDR) at the University of South Carolina’s School of Medicine. Utilizing funding and support from the South Carolina Department Office of Special Education Services, TASC serves as the state's Technical Assistance Center for both post-secondary transition and dropout prevention. TASC is one of four Technical Assistance Centers that comprise the SC TEAMS Network.
