The Boone Electric Community Trust met on May 13 and awarded funding to Faith Bridge Foster and Adoptive Family Support, Fifth Street Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Glory House Ministry, MITEC - MO Inclusive Technology & Education Center, Police Foundation of Hallsville, Shoes from the Heart and the Voluntary Action Center. 📣🎓HS Seniors, the Trust scholarship deadline is approaching! The Boone Electric Community Trust awards thirteen scholarships — each worth $2,000. Ten are awarded to one graduate from each high school in BEC’s service area, two to students currently attending or returning to college and one to a homeschool or private school student.
