We sure had a swell time having a song and a pint with you at Shanty Night! Many thanks to our shanty men, our eyepatch/peg leg gamesters, and all who attended and gave to support our choral music programs.

Here’s a quick peek at part of our evening. Let us know: what was your favorite part of the night?

Today’s the day! Will we see you there?

This Friday! We’re setting sail for our Shanty Night fundraiser!

This is not a traditional concert experience:

🎶 We’ll sing it! You’re a part of the music!
🍔 Enjoy delicious food and beverages, available for purchase from Cafe Berlin (Columbia, MO)
🍻 The vibe is casual and FUN! Bring a friend or make a new one to help raise funds for our 26-27 season.

🎵 Not one, not two, but three opportunities to hear Prometheus this fall! 🎵

Prometheus, under the direction of Artistic Director R. Paul Crabb, brings its Kansas City-area and Columbia audiences a program exploring how sacred and secular traditions alike speak to the human spirit. Featuring a local premiere and drawing on the voices of composers from Iceland to Ireland, Lithuania to Italy, and the Philippines to South Africa, the concert celebrates what unites people across cultures and distances — communicated directly and passionately through a ca****la song.

Find all the details on our Concerts webpage (link in bio).

We're so excited to begin Columbia Youth Choirs rehearsals this Sunday! It's sure to be another season of learning, growing, and friends, all with music of course.

Seasoned singers - let's cheer them on with a word of encouragement or advice in the comments ❤🎵

What a spectacular evening we had celebrating the semiquincentennial! Here’s a brief look at Prometheus singing “America the Beautiful” with the fireworks in the sky behind them. (It’s a bit blurry - just think of it as a tear coming to your eye.)

Many thanks to everyone who joined us for this Prometheus tour, and all who made these concerts possible.
