As we celebrate 40 years of Chabad Lubavitch of Howard County, we're taking a look back at some of the traditions that have brought our community together over the years.

Our annual Matzah Factory has given children and families the chance to roll up their sleeves, make their own matzah, and experience the story of Passover in a fun and hands-on way! ❤️

These Then & Now photos remind us how much has changed — and how much has stayed the same. Families have grown, children have grown up, and the memories keep growing too!

The ladies of Chabad Young Professionals of Columbia had an amazing time at our Cake Decorating Workshop in honor of Rosh Hashanah! 🍎🍯

Thank you to the talented Alanna Reid Alanna Reid for teaching us some beautiful cake-decorating techniques and helping everyone create their own delicious masterpieces to take home! 🧁🎨

Between the creativity, laughter, and great company, it was the perfect way to come together and celebrate the sweetness of the New Year. ❤️

As we celebrate 40 years of Chabad Lubavitch of Howard County, we’re looking back at the people, programs, and places that have helped shape our community.

Today, we’re highlighting Gan Israel Preschool — and what an incredible journey it has been! 🧸📚✨

From the early days to the smiling faces filling our classrooms today, Gan Israel Preschool has been a place where children learn, grow, play, and build a love for Jewish life.

These then-and-now photos are a beautiful reminder that every big community starts somewhere. What began years ago has grown into a place that has touched the lives of so many children and families. ❤️
