Applications are now open for the Dr. Rajeev Kumar PALTC Leadership & Advocacy Travel Award!
The Foundation for PALTC Medicine will provide travel awards of up to $875 to help a early career PALTC practitioners attend the 2026 PALTmed Advocacy Summit in Washington, DC, on October 19β20, 2026.
This opportunity is made possible through the Dr. Rajeev Kumar PALTC Leadership & Advocacy Endowed Fund, which supports the development of emerging leaders and advocates in post-acute and long-term care medicine.

β’ Current PALTmed member
β’ U.S. licensed clinician
β’ Practicing in PALTC for 2β5 years
β’ Planning to attend the 2026 PALTmed Advocacy Summit
