Earlier this spring, New Morning President & CEO Bonnie Kapp received the Dr. Allan Rosenfield Access Award from the National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association, recognizing more than two decades of her outstanding leadership expanding access to family planning and reproductive healthcare in South Carolina.

In her remarks, Bonnie reflected on the importance of improving access to care, supporting women before and during pregnancy, and continuing to invest in healthier futures for families across South Carolina and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who supported and shared during yesterday’s Midlands Gives Day of Giving. Nearly $5 million was raised for nonprofits across 11 South Carolina Midlands counties, and we’re proud to have been part of it.

In just one day, New Morning raised more than $3,000 through email outreach, welcomed 500 new website visitors, and connected with 10 first-time donors — encouraging signs of growing support for this work.

Every gift, share, and conversation helps expand access to care for women across South Carolina. We’re so grateful to everyone helping move this mission forward.
