Happy Miracle Family Monday! Today we are introducing the Walker family. Jayne Walker was born in 2018 with Down syndrome and an AV canal heart defect, requiring open heart surgery at just four months old. Today, Jayne is healthy and thriving, and loves books, playing in the water, and making new friends!
