Fellow law enforcement officers and uniformed personnel, the time for action is now. We are facing a crisis among our young people, who are losing their lives, and it is incumbent upon us to act.

Trust in law enforcement among the youth has deteriorated to its lowest point. A promising approach to mending this divide is through mentorship programs.

Your contribution of about eight hours per month could be pivotal. Let's work together to spread the word to all eligible colleagues.

The consequences of our actions, whether intentional or unintended, have a way of weighing heavy on our hearts and minds.
