This is why the work matters.

The women who come to 431 are doing incredibly hard work to build a different future for themselves and their families. And sometimes, change begins with something as simple and powerful as being reminded that you are still you. That your story isn’t over. That there is hope for what comes next.

431 gets to be there for those moments. To listen. To encourage. To help her make a plan, take the next step, and keep going when the work gets hard.

What a night!

Last night, we gathered for our Infinite Hope Gala to celebrate what God has done through 431 Ministries this past year and to look ahead with hope to all He is still going to do.

And we got to hear what that looks like firsthand.

So far this year, 7 women have graduated from our Side-by-Side program. Last night, we heard from 2 of them as they shared how God has changed their lives through 431.

Their stories are why this night matters.

We cannot change what a woman has walked through before she comes to 431. But through Client Advocates, mentors, classes, practical resources, and community, we get to be part of what God does next.

To every person who came, prayed, gave, and made a promise to be part of this life-changing work over the next year, thank you. Your generosity makes it possible for 431 to continue walking alongside women facing overwhelming life situations as they work toward stability and a different future for themselves and their families.

Women are reaching out to us more than ever before. Because of you, we can keep saying yes.

Before we gather this evening for the Infinite Hope Gala, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to the incredible businesses who have chosen to stand behind the work of 431 Ministries and help make this night possible.

✨ Our Infinite Hope Gala is this Thursday. That's tomorrow! ✨

You may not be attending this year, but there is still a way every single person in our community can be part of this special night.

Will you pray with us?

Please pray for every person who will walk into the room Thursday night. Pray that they would deeply understand the work God is doing through 431 and the women we have the privilege of walking alongside. Pray for Rachel, our staff, Side-by-Side graduates, mentors, volunteers, and everyone who will help tell the 431 story that night.

And pray for God’s provision through the generosity of those in the room. One-time gifts, no matter the size, help meet immediate needs. Monthly giving provides the stability 431 needs to plan ahead, grow what we’re able to offer our clients, and have Client Advocates and staff ready to walk alongside the next woman who reaches out to us for help.

✨ The Infinite Hope Gala planning committee is in full countdown mode! These women are incredible! 💛

On August 20, we can’t wait to gather with our community, hear from 431 clients whose lives have been changed, and raise the funds that will help us continue saying “yes” to the women who come to us for help.

That’s what the Gala is really about, celebrating what God has already done through 431 and making sure we are ready for the women who need us next.

☀️ A summer of saying yes at 431! ☀️

We expected summer to be a little slower around here. Instead, more women reached out for help while our advocates were at capacity.

So, we launched something we have been building toward, our trained volunteer coaching program.

These coaches stepped in alongside our advocates to help women take practical next steps in areas like budgeting, job searches, communication, and other real-life needs that can make stability feel out of reach.

Because of them, women were not simply handed a resource sheet or told to wait months for help. They were met with a conversation, a plan, and someone willing to walk with them.

We also saw courage grow across the 431 community, with graduates sharing their stories at our Loved Legacy High Tea, 16 women walking into Re:New Self-Worth for the first time, and women bringing friends with them to worship at Psalms & Songs.

This is what your generosity makes possible. Women being met when they are ready to ask for help. Women being met with community, coaching, classes, and so much more.

These opportunities, and so many more, are free for our clients, but it’s your generosity that makes them happen. Our goal is to offer hope and a plan to 200 women before the end of the year.
