🖤✊🏾 BLACK HISTORY MONTH — WE STILL STAND ✊🏾🖤

This Black History Month, CORE Ministries remains rooted, resolute, and unashamed. In spite of the current administration’s efforts to remove DEI initiatives, programs, and resources, we will not be silenced, erased, or diminished. Our history is not optional. Our presence is not political convenience. Our dignity is God-given.

Black History is testimony. It is survival with purpose. It is faith that endured oppression and still chose hope.

We honor the ancestors who prayed when laws failed them. We celebrate the leaders, elders, artists, teachers, preachers, and freedom fighters who carried light through darkness. We affirm the generations rising now—still dreaming, still building, still believing. “They tried to bury us. They didn’t know we were seeds.”

This month, we remember. This month, we celebrate. This month, we resist erasure with truth, love, and unwavering faith.
