Have you ever faced a challenging situation in your work and thought, “I’d love to hear how another CHW would handle this?” Here’s your opportunity!

The Show-Me ECHO Community Health Workers ECHO is looking for CHWs to submit real-world cases, situations, and challenges from the field to discuss during upcoming sessions.

💡 Why submit a case?
You’ll have the opportunity to:
✅ Receive expert guidance
✅ Learn from other CHWs across Missouri
✅ Share experiences and ideas
✅ Build practical solutions you can take back to your community
✅ Earn FREE continuing education credits
