Good Morning keepers! One week from today is our meeting!

This month we are going to be learning about extracts, and will be making our own Vanilla extract to take home! Materials fee for this meeting is $5 per family. If your family will be making more than 2 bottles, it will be $10 per family.

I decided to postpone our bow-making class until November, and take this opportunity to get our extract-making in so that it will be ready to use by December for Christmas baking 🍪 🎄

Please let me know by Wednesday Evening if you plan on attending! ❤️

Happy Sunday, Keepers! I'm very much looking forward to our meeting this Saturday! (July 11th, 2-4PM). I'm not only looking forward to it because we took June off and I miss everyone, but also because this month's meeting happens to land on my birthday! What better way to spend your birthday, than to be learning new things with good friends.

This month, we will be learning about bow-making! we will learn how to beautifully adorn presents with handmade bows of paper, tissue, organza and curl-ribbon. Everyone will be able to bring home gift-boxes and plenty of bows!

There is no materials fee for this meeting, but every participant needs to bring a pair of scissors, a ruler, and some clear tape!

Please let me know if you plan on attending via comment, PM, or text buy Tuesday evening, so that I can guesstimate my material needs accordingly. I will shoot out a group text on Tuesday, so keep an eye out.

This past weekend was all about bats! 🦇

We did bat quizzes, played bat tag and practiced out echolocation skills, examined the church to find possible entryways for a bat infestation, and everyone brought home cedar bat houses of their own 💕

Good morning keepers!

This Saturday at 2 will be our ecology meeting, where we will learn all about bats, their lifestyle, and their importance to our local ecosystems! 🦇

Everyone will leave with their own bat box to bring home 🏠 (bat not included)

We will also be going over the next piece in our Armor of God series ❤️

Please RSVP via text, comment or PM, and let me know who will be able to attend! This is VERY important as this meeting is funded by a generous grant from the Soil and Water Conservation Auxiliary and I would love to be able to have as many children in attendance as possible! Boys are welcome this month ❤️
