"WHY DON'T YOU GUYS (MUSLIMS) ASSIMILATE INTO AMERICAN SOCIETY?"

"ARE SOMALIS TAKING OVER OUR CONSTITUTION?”

"WHY IS THERE SO MUCH HATE IN THE QURAN?"

These aren't hypothetical questions — these are real, challenging questions that were asked at the Building Blocks of Islam dawah booth at the recent Minnesota State Fair.

When faced with tough, aggressive, or misunderstood topics like these, how do you respond? Do you freeze up, or do you feel prepared to answer with wisdom, clarity, and correct knowledge?

If you want to feel confident navigating difficult conversations and clearing up misconceptions about Islam, join the Building Blocks of Islam Dawah Training. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the Pillars of Islam, the Articles of Faith, and the core concepts of giving Dawah effectively, no matter what questions come your way. 🌟

It’s a busy Saturday at the State Fair and alhamdulillah the diversity of our visitors is eye opening: atheists, missionaries, converts and people of various faiths. We’ve already signed up several people for our Islam 100 class, a one-on-one opportunity for them to learn the basics.

Send your friends and neighbors over to our booth in the Education Building. We’re here to answer their questions! We also have Quran translations and brochures, and they can even get their name written in Arabic as a keepsake.

As always please remember us in your duas, and if you can please donate! (Link in comments)

It takes heart to do dawah. Especially when some people threaten to burn the brochures, ask sisters to take off their hijab or misinterpret certain ayats. But Alhamdulillah the good always outweighs the negative! ✨

Here are a few moments from our booth that touched our hearts in the last two days :

🔍Seeking Truth: Had an amazing conversation with a neighboring booth volunteer about Tawheed and she took home a Quran translation to learn more!

🤝Returning Friends: A previous guest came back just to chat like old friends and dive deeper into his questions about Islam.

🏠Family Connections: We welcomed a lovely grandma bringing her grandkids to learn, and a supportive mom looking to better understand her son’s journey after he embraced Islam.

💜Community Love: So many neighbors stopped by just to say thank you and share how glad they are to have us in Minnesota!

May Allah continue to put barakah in this work and enable us to continue it.
Jazakum Allah Khair for all your continued support! ❤️

Let’s answer the call together! 💪✨

One of our recent calls was from a Gazan family who traveled to the Mayo Clinic so their little ones could receive the care they need.

While Minnesota hasn't been a primary destination for Gazan families seeking medical treatment, we consider it a a privilege to quiet honor to show up for this family. They're navigating so much — new surroundings, an unfamiliar system, and the weight of a child's illness all at once.

Thankfully, we had the ability to supplement their living expenses while they go through treatment. We're grateful to be part of these families journeys of healing. 🫶🤍

Alhamdulillah, last month's food shelf was a success! Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, we served 200+ food boxes + halal chicken to 150+ families yesterday.

💜 Special shout-out to to the ‘Young Muslim Brothers of Minnesota’ volunteers for helping with the food box packing for the next food shelf! With their help, we were able to pack 185 boxes to be distributed this month.
