This year, we had the privilege of taking 16 wonderful kids out for Shop with a Cop on December 10th. This marks the 25th year that the Columbia Falls Police Department has hosted this event. Through the years, the goal has always been the same: to provide children in need with a memorable Christmas. This year, the kids ranged in age from 5 months to 14 years old. The event started with a ride to Target in a patrol car, followed by a few hours of shopping. At the end of the night, we told the parents the other good news: Super 1 Foods in Columbia Falls would provide each family with a Christmas dinner.
Without everyone working together, this program would not be possible. We would like to thank Target for being a gracious host. We are grateful for your continued support. Thank you to Super 1 Foods in Columbia Falls for donating Christmas dinners. Your generosity is very much appreciated. A BIG thank you to everyone who brought in a donation; your contributions helped make this a special Christmas for six Columbia Falls families. We would also like to thank the Hungry Horse News for its support of this program year after year. Lastly, thank you to all of our volunteers, especially the Columbia Falls Police Officers and their families. You helped make this a Christmas that these families will never forget!

Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Halloween!
