I going to start with our family favorite - PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH 🤤
•
Nothing beats a classic Philly Cheesesteak made with ranch-raised beef. Thin sliced steak, caramelized onions and peppers, and melty provolone piled high on a toasted roll. Simple ingredients, big flavor — and it all starts with good beef.

Classic Philly Cheesesteak
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
•
Ingredients -
*Thin slices of Round Steak (from our ranch beef)
*4 hoagie rolls
*1 green bell pepper, sliced
*1 small onion, thinly sliced
*4–8 slices provolone cheese (or Cheese Whiz if you want the true Philly style)
*2 tbsp butter or oil
*Salt and pepper to taste
•
Instructions -
*Prep the beef
*If your beef isn’t already thinly sliced, place it in the freezer for about 20–30 minutes. This makes it easier to slice super thin.
*Cook the veggies
*Heat 1 tbsp butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
*Add onions and bell peppers and sauté until soft and slightly caramelized. Remove and set aside.
*Cook the beef
*Add the remaining butter or oil to the pan.
*Place the thin slices of beef in the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook quickly while chopping it up with a spatula.
*Combine
*Add the onions and peppers back to the pan and mix with the beef.
*Add the cheese
*Lay slices of provolone over the meat mixture and let it melt.
•
(You can also do this in the oven as well, after the beef is cooked, place beef & veggies on greased sheet pan, wait til veggies are soft & place the cheese on top, put back in the oven until cheese is melted then build the sandwich)
•
Build the sandwich -
Scoop the cheesy beef mixture into toasted hoagie rolls.

Optional Add-Ons

Jalapeños
Banana peppers
Garlic butter on the buns
